How to import outlook express emails into outlook-2007

Dear friends,

Recently I have bought Dell Laptop with Windows-7 Prof.

Since there is no Windows-Mail in Windows-7 I have to go for Office Outlook-2007.

My all old emails are in Outlook Express in old PC with Win-XP OS.

Will someone please guide me how to import my old mails from Outlook Express to Office Outlook-2007 ?

In Oulook-2007 options available are :-

File->Import and Export..->Import from other programs or file
&
File->Import and Export..->Import Internet mail and addresses

After selecting either option there is no 'Browse' option comes up to select 'from where to import folder '

I was bangging my head for last few hours to resolve it now it is clear that it is only way (as you suggested) to come out.
