[Norton 2010] Not responding or freezing [after installation]

Hi,

After I installed Norton 2010 anti virus, the screen or web page is always freezing.

I have to close the processes sometimes.

Any advice?

 

Uninstall with the Norton Uninstall tool from their website then reinstall.
