need some microsoft e-mail outlook help

    i sent a mail 2 105 people and my boss wants me to retrieve the mail and send another mail to those 105 people in her on name. what should i do?

    Resend the message. Once a message has been sent there's no retrieving it, unless you have your own mail server and it is setup to hold messages for x amount of time prior to sending.

    If the messages are in your Outlook Outbox, then they have not been sent. If the message is in the Outlook Sent folder then it was sent and there's no retrieving it.

    If it is still in the sent folder you can always take the long way around by printing it & then giving it to her to re-type & send it herself?
    Does she want it sent from her email address or yours?

    some of the names do not have their e-mails with them so how can i retrieve those e-mail addresses for her and she wants it sent from my system but her to reflect as the sender on the receipient's system.

    Re-Read what Tony said. If you have an IT person - contact them...Odds are its too late and odds are most of the people have opened and read the message.
