Windows Vista Error Loading DLL

    Message comes up on startup....How can I fix...
    OS:Vista
    Just installed & Uninstalled Norton Security. Message appeared afterword...

    Click on START->Run and type -> msconfig

    Look in the startup tab for Norton stuff and uncheck it.

    Its actually not in startup....I just looked....It was also uninstalled yesterday...

    Uninstall Dell Support Center. It's known for causing issues and you don't need it anyway.
