I need to set up a rule that will automatically send all messages to a user to his internet email account(msn). Should I use the Rules Wizard or the Out of Office assistant. I have tried using both with no luck. I have to manually go in and run the rule on all unopened emails in order for them to be forwarded to the msn account. Is it possible to have that run when a message arrives.

We use MS Outlook that connects to a Exchange Server. All incomming mail is downloaded to Exchange.

    Do you need more info?

    Thanks in advance.

You can use either one, however, the Exchange Server has to be configured to send auto-replies to the internet in order for this to work.
