    Either or,

Can your friend start-up in safe mode or Last known good configuration?

Negative wild, i've tried that when i checked, both safe mode and last known good config still restart his PC, even sometimes froze it. My barbaric sense thought it was from the hardware, since his CPU fan was error (the fan wasn't fully attached to the processor, so the fan wudnt spin).

I cudn't said how long his CPU fan has been error, but i suspect it's already more than a week. Could it be from there? since i thought without a fan support, CPU will be hotter than usual and could affect another hardware if happened for a long time, just my guess.

P.S.: I tried to reinstall his OS, but it froze after the loading screen (just a plain blackscreen)

Was that a repair of the current installation or did you reformat?

Did the reinstall finish or did that happen during the reinstall process?

It's still on the loading screen (the black screen with bar under it), cudnt go further than that, so both repair or reinstalling cudnt be done

I can only suggest you go into the BIOS and load the (setup) defaults. Look around for readouts like temperature and voltages. You can clear the CMOS. Read in the motherboard manual.

I might suspect the HDD. You could run the HDD manufacturer's testing utilities. I would go into the recovery console from the Windows disk, run CHKDSK /r and consider using the FIXMBR command.
