I am trying to fix a software problem to reinstall Zune software and am told by microsoft support to uninstall all the .NET Framework files and rename the Framework file (located in C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET). However it tells me: Cannot rename framework: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use. Any idea on what I need to do to rename this file.
Here is the support page I am looking at if it will help you help me.
