   Just a quick question. I am planning on installing SP2 update on a Windows Server 2008 box.
   
   When doing this, will this break any settings, programs, etc? What do I need to look out for?

   Since its a server machine and you have tons of backups - don't worry about it
   
   I have not installed anything on 2008 - but a service pack is a service pack. Billions of people have installed them.
