Saving Pics Problem

[FONT= "Tahoma"]For some reason, my system turns off the right clik feature to save a pic and I have to restart to get that feature to function, but then it will stop working after I sleep the system and begin later.

I searched here for the problem and found nothing under my search parameters.

I reviewed my settings and they seem to be in order.

Any thoughts on exposing this spooky event?[/FONT]

 

What application are you using to save the pictures?

If it's a web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc) then be aware that some websites block the right click option for copyright reasons.

Also, any chance you can stick to the default font, Dark blue on Light blue isn't very easy to read at times.

I have not a clue about application for how pics are saved, assumed to be Windows Media something? I have never changed.

I know about the restrictions and I do not belive that is the problem, as I cannot save stuff I have saved before.

Very odd. Just started and now it does not allow me to save pics after restart.

What I'm asking is what is the active application (look at the title bar), when you right click to save?

 

Just shows the link or URL I am viewing. No change right click or not. (BTW, forgot my manners, thanks for helping.)

Hang on, I will play with it and get back to you tomorrow. It may have something to do with when I put the system into standby.

 

FWIW, Many people experience problems when resuming after Standby (sleep mode) and have quit using it. Do a Google for XP sleep mode problems and see if you have company in your misery.

 

Right Clik Save Problem

Okay, I tried the sleep mode and shutting down completely, and lost the right clik function. I use pics I have been able to save in past, on particular sites, so now I are really confused.
