eventquery.vbs

    i am looking for eventquery.vbs , should be in c:\windows\system32 , but is not present in home or pro ( xp original cd )

    it should be a cmd command ?? its a better event.log ??

    Its sitting in my Sys32 folder...Did you disable "hide system files? "

    well Steve I did a check on the hidden filles in system 32 , and sorry no eventquery.vbs to find ??

    not on the cd xp/home or xp /pro

    other idee's ?? thx

    well Steve thanks for your help but now i know that all systems are not the same , i did a search on the net and did find more than 20.000 post around the same idee , and there was no evided answer , so thanks for wasting you time and help :)

    well Arie you are richt , but i find that notepad.exe is corrupt (scrobj.dll )( 0x80020101)
    i find that wmi module was corrupt
    i find that cmdlib.wsc was'nt correct installed
    my regsvr32 dont work as it should be , several dll's can be installed
    eventqurey.vbs is in system ( not system32 )
    my system is working well , so i'm wondering whats going rong ?? ( sorry my bat english ) :)
    your opinion will be very welcomed
