website won't open

I'm running Wvista home p, I've toshiba u400-157
and I can't access this website http://moodle.squ.edu.om/ in wifi network, I've got message say

The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

For assistance, contact your network support team
can anyone help

 

I tried this link on three browsers (IE, FF, and Opera) and it worked on all three, albeit a little slowly. Several things may be happening, could be your server is indeed busy (too many people in the "pipeline," happens often on satellite connections); and/or, their server is also busy (appears to be an education link for courses, maybe a lot of students accessing??).
