This has already been posted but the two solutions given did not work for me. When I close Word I get the error message "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team. "

I can't find anything about it at Microsoft Support. I do not have that Word Suite Add in in my list of programs when I go to Control Panel/Add Remove
I could not add this to the previous thread on the same subject as it was closed.

    Thanks

In Add/Remove it is probably listed as MS OFFICE....

Do you get the error after a reboot?
Do you get the error with all word docs or just some?

The error message comes when I close Word. I am using Word 2002, and I have all the MS updates.

In Word - Click on HELP->Detect and Repair
(you might need to have your Office cd near by)
