Resolved No DHCP, No VPN

Hi there, I have a SBS 2003 server running ISA 2004. About a month ago I noticed a workstation couldn't get an IP address from the dhcp server, so I manually gave it one, then I noticed it happen on another workstation, gave it one again. Then I come into work one day and I have to go around the office and give just about every workstation an IP address. Now the dhcp server doesn't give any addresses out and no one can connect to the office through VPN because of no IP address from the dhcp server. I tried deleting the scope and recreating it, but the same thing happens with no dhcp server handing out addresses. I can manually give an IP Address and things work fine, but I want to have the dhcp server working so the VPN will work.Can someone please let me know if there is something I am missing? Help.

I also have two other servers set up the same exact way and I have no issues with the DHCP. On this one I have no requests, no acks, nacks, declines, or releases.

I fixed this issue. Turns out that the ISA 2004 Firewall was never set up for DHCP request and reply policies. Once I added those two policies the DHCP Server started handing out addresses immediately.
