I installed a program called Flexible Renamer & found it was not what I wanted. There was no un-install & said just to remove the folder. I did & re-booted. When I right-click on Start or any folder, the name Flexible Renamer is still there. Can someone tell me how to remove it?

If I understand the question correctly, you want to remove the reference to the program from the right click menu.

Check out this page, Customizing Right-Click Menu Options in Windows for all the information you ever wanted on the subject.

Thanks, but I am not experienced enough to go into forbidden territory. The registry scares me ) I thought there was an easy way but guess not. No big deal. Will wait until I get somebody who knows what they are doing but thansk for a great site

    It's Gone

Checked add\remove again & it wasn't there. So, I ran Norton Utilities 2002 & it fixed it. Just couldn't go into the registry so thought I would try one more thing. It worked )
