    I was afraid my choice of subject title might unduly frighten some Win 7 users, but I only meant it as an attention-getter. So far it's worked 22 times, apparently, and I hope the linked article proved useful.

    Just for the benefit of our readers: these problems are sporadically reported and I haven't run into anyone with these problems.

    That doesn't mean there are no problems, but just that it only happens under some specific circumstances.
