[HDD seen by one PC, but not another - both NTFS]

    Why can one NTFS PC see a HDD and its contents but another NTFS PC not ?

    There are actually 2 HDDs, and obviously 2 PCs involved. I have tested them both internally and externally. So for the 'blind PC' there are 4 cases :
    Int & Ext for each of 2 HDDs - a bit complex to list, including Manage seeing, but Windows not seeing AND where the HDD is seen, Contents not beeing seen.

    Yet BOTH HDDs show their contents on another (older, slower) PC.

    On the blind PC when looking in Disk Management do the drives have drive letters?
