I have winxp pro and i'm using IE.

If a site doesn't let me use the right mouse button function is there any way around that.

What do i need to do to see the link in the satus bar (when i put my cursor on it) when a site doesn't let me see it. I know i can copy the link.

There's not much you can do in either case because both of those are JavaScript running on the site. The first one is to prevent you from right clicking on a graphic and saving it to your hard drive. The second is just plain annoying when you see scrolling text in your status bar instead of the link address. Unfortunately there's not much to be done.

If you know your way around HTML code, you can go to View>Source on the page, find the link in the code and copy the URL there.
