How can I tell if my Dell D430 Latitude is 32 or 64 bit?

How can I tell if my Dell D430 Ltitude is 32 or 64 bit? I went into the setup screen, but found nothing on 32 or 64 bit.

In XP: Start > Run > sysdm.cpl > ok
If your machine is 32Bit it will not be mentioned
If your machine is 64Bit it will state x64 Edition

 

I didn't see anything about 64. I went to device manager, and it said it was a x86 system device. That means 32 bit, right?
