Hmmmm... "Program biles "?? I hope that was just a typo on your post.. ;-)

CALL the HP support. My experiences with them have been excellent. Had problems on my new HP W7 Desktop, with that same app on day 1. I called, and - with my permission - she took over my desktop from her end (wierd watching the cursor move, apps opended, windows moved, pgms uninstalled/reinstalled ..).. Discussion with her also helped me sort out all the new UBER-Security W7 slams you with.

I've had merely good (not excellent) support via HP email support, but I guess it's easy to omit information or have it misinterpreted..

I clicked on ? Help and Support Icon on desktop, then online support, and opened an online chat line and got most of my problems solved there or call them like Bobk did.
We both had good experiences with HP. Try one or both and form your own opinion.

Locate (through Windows Search) the 1033.xml file
Copy the file directly to: C:\programfiles\hp\digital imaging\bin\hpqscloc folder (as where it should be located, and why you are receiving the fault)

Also confirm your HP Drivers are updated through HP Auto detect (using Internet Explorer)
With the HP printer turned on and connected to the computer, please click HERE

You may also need to re-install HP Photosmart Essential the free download can be found HERE

    -------

If you still have issues, please let me know. You may need to fully uninstall all your printer software.
I have a utility to delete all installed printer drivers as well, that you may require.
Once all your printer software and drivers have been removed you should also manually delete the HP folder existing in Program Files
Then Restart, and use the above link to install the latest HP drivers again.

If that still doesn't work, then we may need to run a few more cleaners through your system.
All should be ok from there.

Please keep us informed of the progress, or if all is now resolved. :)
