Resolved Need VCD cutter s/w

Hi, Can anyone suggest any good VCD cutter s/w,better if its free.much better if it can cut and join DVd's and can also seperate MP3 from video.

 

Hi Mayank - As a first suggestion, there's a good FREE program called Format Factory which will I think do what you want. I've forgotten the website, but just Google 'format factory'.
