how do i connect to a remote desktop.

I have 2 computers on a local area network using a switch. ( I can network between these computers fine)

I have enabled the 'allow users to connect remotley' in system properties on both machines.
I set permissions for 1 user

I used the 'remote connection tool' to login. I enterd the
    computer name,
user name (which i set permissions for),
    password,
    and domain is blank.

    i get this error:
    ------------------------------------------------------------
Client could not connect to the remote computer.

Remote connections migh not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections.

    please try again later
