Exporting Windows Live Mail Categories

I can easily export Windows Live Mail contacts to a .csv but I have subcategories that I want to export to my other computers as well.

For example...I have "all contacts" but then I have a category under that called "frequent" and another category called "family ". When I export, the subcategories don't export...only the main list.

Also, my Outlook Express synced with my iPhone but Windows Live Mail does not. How do I get them to sync ?

I can't believe this stuff is so hard !!!!

 

It is my understanding that Outlook Express cannot be synched to Windows Liove Mail. This,to me, is a major disadvantage. You have to use outlook as your default e-mail client but I'd much prefer Outlook Express.
