Event Viewer Application error

    Not sure if this is the right forum, but I have been getting the following error message in the above log;
    "faulting application recordingmanager.exe version 1.0.1.444, faulting module recordingmanager.exe version 1.0.1.444,fault address 0x00006e7 "
    Ive googled it with no joy. Anyone know what this is?

    Thanks PeteC. I will try harder. That message clearly refers to an error trying to download videos from youtube to real player (it cant be done and generates an error message). Thanks
    Whilst I am on to you, I have posted a message about my cd drive only being able to play DVDs, if you have the time could you look at it and let me have your opinion.
