When I save a file from a print window, and choose, "PRINT TO FILE," I am unable to open the *.pm file. This may be an HP question or PayPal, but I do not know. Thank you.

All the "Save to File" files I have ever seen had the extension .PRN and not PM. I could drag them to the printer icon and they would print. You can open one into Notepad but you'll not see anything useful since it's all in machine code.

I also found out that the PRN files I create cannot be printed on another computer unless it has the same printer installed or at least the printer drivers. They never proved to be very useful to me so I dropped the procedure.

I can't help you with your PM file since I have never heard of that extension coming from a printer.

EDIT: BTW, I used a freeware called PrintFile when I was tinkerning with saving my PRN files. It worked very well as I recall. It solved the problem with the usb printer that couldn't be commanded via the old LPT > method.

I don't get your drift. I don't know what Uniblue is.
