I have a problem with a website when trying to apply for something. I'm not sure if it has to do with the internet that I am using (Mozilla Firefox) or something else. I attached a link to a picture of my problem. In the picture circled in red there is supposed to be a couple of button options to click but they are not showing. I have just recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7 and this was not an issue when using XP. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi gdr130,

I'd first suggest using Internet Explorer for the site. Some sites are Mozilla unfriendly. In that case I'd suggest installing IETab in FF. That way you can right-click on a link and select "Open link target in IE" when you get to an unfriendly page. I take it that you hit "refresh" on the page?

One final thing: Did you install FF before or after installing W7?

Thanks for replying jpChris. I have tried to use Internet Explorer and the same results occur. I should have stated that in my first post. I had to reinstall Firefox after installing Windows 7. Also, I have hit the refresh button numerous times but no buttons show up.

Seems more likely that the web site is not working properly. I took a look at the Texas A&M University site and it doesn't look anything like what you posted.

I hope that it is the website not working properly. I am going to try and get onto another computer tomorrow and see if it works. Yes, I agree that it's kind of odd that the Financial Aid section is a different layout then the rest of the A&M sites. The image in the post is a cropped area of part of the website.

If it's a public page, i can check for you right now, if you give me the link. I went to the financial aid pages and the left pane are links to other pages.

I feel stupid. I did not realize that there is a login button after each scholarship. I am accustomed to logging in from another website and being redirected to the scholarship website and being able to view the button options on the left. Thanks for all the help anyways.
