    Welcome to WindowsBBS;)

    Double check the account settings?
Is the account new or have you been successful with it for a long time?

Check the settings on any email scanner/antivirus/ spam programs you might have.

Default setting in Norton, for instance, considers mail sent from your account to yourself spam and will block it.

Try signing up for a free web based email such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo and send an email from that to your usual address and see if you get it with your Outlook Express
