word mail merge reuse

    Is it possible to create a mail merge which will upate based on the database new entries ime the word mail merge document is run without reenetering all the merge parameters?

    Sorry to be so office illiterate.:confused:

    Your question is hard to read...If the new database has the same parameters like LAST NAME, Street etc...then it should work ok.

    Yes they have a works db that has members. From time to time the mebers change but I want the word document that reads this DB to print labels of members as updated can this be done and if so does someone know how to a tell me to do it?

    I am looking to build a mail merge to make mailing labels for an organization. They currently have a works Data base that they update regularly. I periodicly mail merge the DB data to a word document to print the labels. It would be nice if I did not have to go through the microsoft word wizard and make the associations of fields each time. I hope this is clear.
