    Hi there,

I've just installed Virtual PC 2007 on my WIN 7 Home premium because my T6600 is not VM hardware compatible.

I'm not sure what settings to set when I start VPC 2007 and the New Virtual Machine Wizard asks me:

    1) create a virtual machine
    or
    2) use default settings to create a virtual machine
    or
    3) add an existing virtual machine

I'm preparing to install a legal copy of XP Pro but the actual complete process is new to me.

Please advise or let me know where I can find this info.
I need to know the steps so I can complete the XP Pro install and how then to launch XP Pro.

    Welcome to WindowsBBS :)

I've moved your post to a new thread - the other was 'Resolved' and would attract few viewers.
