when i try to send an email via mozilla thunderbird, i am suddenly getting this error:
the size of the message you are trying to send exceeds a temporary size limit of the server. the message was not sent, try to reduce the message size and try again. the server responded: outboud mail refused - 70.127.100.125 - see http://help.rr.com/outboudemail [R0209004]

an hour ago there was no problem. i got up, went to the gym, came home, and now this. it will not even send an email with nothing in the body. i'm able to send directly from the road runner site, but not via thunderbird at all. any ideas?

    Hello wbosa,
    welcome to Windows BBS ... :) ... !

In your situation, I would sit on my hands for a while. Give them some more time to get it fixed at the other end. If the problem persists after 24 hours, I would start doing something.

It happens too often that users mess up their systems when the problem is at the other end ... ... !

I never had a problem with Thunderbird2.x, but have experienced the problem with v.3.0, which I stopped using. Which version were you using?
