    Hi guys,

I just installed a new program, and now this Programs folder showed up in the All Programs folder in the Start Menu. First delete doesn't do anything, after a second delete all the programs in the All Programs folder are gone, the folders of the programs are still there though, just empty. I've had this problem a few times now, always only system restore helped, but I'd like to have other options. Can anyone help? Uninstalling the program didn't help.

What is the name of the program you installed? Is it an application that would normaly do something at startup?

It was pcsx2 ps2 emulation, which, as far as I know, is not executed on startup.

The folder has actually vanished again - I don't know why, it was just gone, no restart, nothing. The program will stay uninstalled, anyway. Thanks for your help, though!

    Kind regards

If it even happens again for you right click on the start menu and choose Explore. Try deleting it from there. If it is not there right click on the start menu and click Explore All Users. If it still does not work after trying these two methiods try restarting the computer.
