Everquest error

I have been looking for help everywhere on how to fix this error... I recently flushed my computer and reinstalled my everquest..
well now i get this error

"The exception unknown software exception 0xc0000005 occured in the applcation at location 0x0364fcde "

I had another error before this one and fixed... Have tried live support with sony. and to be honest i don't like talking to people who only say my computer is not compatible although i was playing it a couple of weeks ago.

What happens when i get this error is. i click launch game from the station launcher and its loads a black screen then it starts blinking and disapearing then i get the error...

I have tried to run as administrator and in windows xp sp2

Umm what else... ohh my system specs are:
Windows Vista home premium
8gb ram
AMD Phenom II X4 910 Processor 2.60 GHz
64 bit os
1tb hard rive
Ati radeon HD 4350...
