AFAIK that is not possible unless you have a B&W only monitor - such beasts died long ago :)

    1 thing to check

Control Panel – Accessibility Options – Display (tab).
Check if: Use High Contrast box is checked.
If it is (hopefully) – uncheck it and press Apply or OK. Any change will happen immediately.

B&W monitor no that B&W LCD monitor. only CRT. and hard to found.

in control panel - accessibility options , only changed window styles.
if some icon/photo/video, is no changed. also FULL color. no BW.

(q1) ICC/ICM Color Management is can fix my problem ?
    windows/system32/spool/drivers/color/

(q2) 3rd display drive product, can simulate display BW ?

I doubt you'll find any way to view B/W on a monitor, because nobody would ever want to [except you it seems ;) ]
