skype video

Anyone to the help plz, when using skype and click to use video my contact get an awful din and I get a message of " background noise" been told it may be because that my broadband router is near to pc

Are you using a headset or mike & speakers? If mike and speakers you're probably experiencing feedback. Try it with a headset or at the very least headphones and mike with the speakers turned off.

 

using a webcam combined (mic BUILT IN) something is interferring with it, first time on skype I used a very old wbcam and a shype fone, no problem, so I upgraded to a combined 1, trouble started then, tried up stairs on my duaghters laptop with new webcam, sweet as a nut no probs, question if I use a head set would that restrict me to conversation between me and my contact because at the moment the contacts I access are family ie, every talks to them at once
