    Hi sandlady
I'm a bit confused. Did you use restore to try to go back to an earlier version of MusicMatch? If you want rid of the program, you'll have to uninstall it through the control panel then add/remove. My guess, is that it's no longer going to uninstall properly. If that's the case.... you may just have to re-install...then uninstall properly through add/remove?

Daisy I didnt have restore on when I upgraded to musicmatch 7. So I do not dare to remove the program until I can find a way to go back or download the version origanlly installed on my computer.

All the software which came pre-loaded on your Dell is on the CDs which came with the computer. Music Match Jukebox should be on one of them....at least it is on the CDs I get with Dells.

It's probably on the "Dell Installed Programs" CD. I checked mine and that's where I found Music Match.

I just remembered...older versions of a number of programs can be found at OldVersion.

I checked it and both v. 6.0 and 6.1 of Music Match are available there.

Miz- Thank you for the site. Dell told me that it was a shareware program put on and that was it. I hpoe this works. Windows media player mysteriously reappeared as default player after I followed steps to get rid of it. Thank you for your reply.
