My old computer ran Windows XP and had the MS PowerToys for Windows XP. The latter provided a capability of resizing images by simply right-clicking on an image, which caused a menu to open with the option to Resize Image to any of a number of degrees. Quick and easy, and it was free. My new computer has Win 7 and I've added the Ultimate Windows Tweaker, but I can't find any comparable feature in it. Am I missing something?

I've seen some on-line image reducers, but I'd rather not go that route. Any suggestions?

That's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks. :)

A couple of tips for anyone trying to get the same app:

    1. The link in Hendrix's reply, above, opens a window with a title that suggests the link below it, Download Image Resizer, is what you should click on. Don't. It's for another and different program, AVS Image Converter that's 15.6 MB in size. I mistakenly downloaded and installed it only to find out it's not the program I wanted and wound up having to uninstall it. What you want to click on is the words Image Resizer 2.0 in blue type about 2" farther down.

    2. When you open that window, if you're using Windows 7, don't click on the Download button over to the right. That gets you a 32-bit version. I mistakenly downloaded it and wound up uninstalling it. To get the version that's for 64-bit, click on the Download tab up near the top of the page. That opens a window where you can select the 64-bit version. From there on, the download and install are straightforward.
