downloading attachments hotmail

    Hi am using system win 7, I.E 8

    my problem is that when I recieve multiple photos via hotmail
    the option " download all attachments" produces nothing, when clicked
    so I have to download the jpgs individually, a real pain when there are 60+

    I have googled for an answer I cannot find any.
    any ideas please
    I seem to have the latest Java installed and enabled
