Everytime I restart Windows my IE favorites has a "Links" folder added to it. How do I get rid of it?

I think if you delete it, it will regenerate when you reboot. If you mean the links across the top of IE, click view, toolbar, uncheck links. If you mean within the drop down menu, I think your stuck with it..

Yeah the drop down menu one. The Media folder and Links folder both reappear... even after just restarting the browser.

You could try going to my computer, explore, look in c: windows, favorites and try deleting it from there. Worth a try.
