I recently install SP3 for Windows 2000 Server, and SP3 for Exchange 2000 which resides on the same system. The server is also using Terminal Services.
After installing the service packs everything seem to be just fine, and everything is working fine. There is just one problem, now anyone logging on through Terminal Services as a 'Domain User' cann't access their exchange mail box. Outlook prompts for the user name, password and domain...but returns an user name password error when they input the data. Anyone outside using pop3/smtp, or logging on to there mail box the same way can do so no problem. I believe this is a security permissions problem, and am under the impression the the SP3 for exchange reset them all.
"Domain Users" also cannot surf using Internet explorer, and the Internet Conection Wizard will not run saying they don't have sufficent privledges. Administrators do not have these problems and can surf and log onto exchange, if I give users administrator rights they can then access everything fine as well. But obviously I can give everyone administrator rights.
I don't know which security privlages to change, and have tried changing them all with no success, any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks.
    Mitch.

    Hmm'

You could try this. I had something simular happen this may help.

    Domain security policy
    local policy
    security options
Change Additional restrictions for anonymous connections to:
None. Rely on default domain permissions

    Reboot.

    Cheers
