Outlook Express spell checker

The spell checker in my OE 6 stopped working---I had my hard drive replaced recently---the spell checker works fine in WORD and EXCEL but when I try to use it in OE I get this error messge: AN ERROR OCCURRRED WHILE THE SPELLING WAS BEING CHECKED. I use XP (home edtion)---thanks for your help, Marion McCaleb

this happens when you install Office 2007. it is just one of MS weird things. there is a little app that you can install free it is called OE 6 spell checker 2.1.
just find it and install, very easy.
