If someone experienced with Windows Movie Maker could help me I would be very appreciative. My problem is that when making a movie, pictures and an audio file, I am having trouble synchronizing the pictures with the audio. I am inexperienced with Movie Maker but it appears to be a simple program to use. I know that I can drag pictures to both the Storyboard and Timeline. I presume that if I wanted all the pictures to display for the same amount of time than Storyboard would be my choice. However, if I wanted each picture to display for different amounts of time than I should choose Timeline. Therein is my problem. When I click on the picture and drag it to either shorten or lengthen the time I find it to be almost impossible. As an example if the picture displays for 5 seconds and I need it to display for 5.6 seconds. If someone can tell me how to do this it would help me considerably. As always I appreciated all replies and would thank you in advance.

    John,

Check Tools then Options and click on Advanced.
It looks like the Picture Duration can only be set in Seconds - it can not be set in 10th of a second.
