Acouple of minutes later she emails back and it certain my ex intercepted the email and then wrote to this lady a bizarre email. I spoke to my lawyer he says to get another computer, what the hell and how in the hell can she do this? HELP ME

    Get a new email address and your old problem will be solved. You can then start working on your present and future problems.

    Welcome both to WindowsBBS :D

    @tomclaw,

    Relax, take a deep breath and try and explain the events as they happened. Stick to computer issues though we can't help with your relationships ;) and don't give out personal information.

    You say one person (we'll name X) has been able to contact person Y by accessing your email. Although you've changed your password did X ever have your password when you started emailing Y?

    It's probably best if you explain the situation to your new friend and change your email address. Your friend may have to change hers too though since o now has her email address.
