CD-RW problem

Cannot veiw or open CD-RW discs with images on.
Drive works on other discs.
CD's with images that were formatted on my laptop first.
All looked ok but now when loading pc shuts down, no response as screen is blank. Cannot remove disc.
Only fix is turn off pc and remove CD during start up.
Tried holding shift key during load but same problem.
Need to recover family photos.

 

Open "my computer ", right click on the drive you are trying to open, and select "open with" (left click on "open with ")
A list of programs will be shown
select which program you want to open the file with
like: "microsoft paint" or "photoshop "
then it should open
Unless, the disk was made with a program that you don't have in your computer, or made in a format that is not supported by your computer.
