What do you mean by "I get this file "?
Where? Why does it bother you?

This file should only be a problem and/or solution if you are trying to get a Dos based program to work in a NT environment.
If you would post what environment variable the program needs, whether or not it is trying to use Expanded Memory (different from Extended Memory), or maybe the name of the program?
