Resolved username/password in windows mail

I previously had my windows mail configured to send and receive messages to and from my gmail account. It worked perfect both sending and receiving. I found windows mail a little easier to manage my messages.

I recently converted from a cell phone based ISP in Canada(Telus) and I am presently in Florida and am using Embarq as my ISP.

I just established the account and now when I open Windows mail, it tells me Windows Security wants a username & password to log on to popgmail.com

This is new to me and I don't know or can't remember the details if in fact I ever used them, which I haven't.

Any help to get by this problem would be appreciated.

I should have thought of that, my new ISP provided the information.
