Is it possible to copy downloaded Windows updates from one PC to another?
I have 3 PCs in my house and everytime their is a Windows update I have to download the updates separately on each PC which uses up my monthly allowance.

Microsoft Security Bulletin Search is the spot where I find the correct update(s) for my system. It gets updated every "patch tuesday ". Download to the first computer and copy to a USB memory stick.

At Microsoft Download Center you can do a search for the KB-number(s) and download from there.

Thanks, I hadn't thought of that (downloading updates then transferring to other pc's via usb memory stick) although it would have been easier using either "automatic update" or "notify then update" (on the first PC).
I guess I will have to manually download etc - no big deal.

The updates are downloaded to the system and executed but are deleted immediately after being deployed. If your setting is "download automatically but let me choose when to install ", when you get prompted to install, they should be somewhere on your system (usually on the partition with the most free space) in "alpha-numerical" folders. I don't know if the contents is the same file as when downloading manually but maybe it's worth checking out.
