For some reason, in recent emails, when someone sends me an email with images, I can see the images just fine.

The problem is when I attempt to FORWARD that email, the images are replaced with the infamous red X. BUT, if I click on REPLY, the images are there. But then I have to zap out the senders email address and replace it with the ones I want to forward the email to.

There must be some setting I'm overlooking. Why would this occur when I click REPLY vs FORWARD?

    Thanks.

Unfortunately annoying as this is, it is a bug in Thunderbird.

The workaround is to do what you are doing at the moment.

Hopefully they will fix this in the next verision.

Thanks. At least I know it's not me for a change.
