We've got Outlook 2000 in a corporate environment and I have 2 users who are having a problem with the 'new meeting request' funtion of the calander. When either of them send a new meeting request, it goes through, but the meeting request box minimizes on the task bar and does not close. When you try to restore the box from the task bar, it comes up as an empty shell.

I found MS knowledgebase article Q299476, entitled "OL2000: (CW) The 'Plan A Meeting' Dialog Box Does Not Close After You Send a Meeting Request" which states that this is by design for the 'Plan a meeting' function. The problem is that they are having this problem with the 'new meeting request' funtion.

They are set up as delegates for each other (one is the other's assistant), and this just started happening a few days ago. I have given them new windows profiles, ran detect and repairs, logged onto the PC's as myself (problem doesn't recreate), and even had an exchange admin load their outlook profiles on test boxes to see if he could recreate the problem (he couldn't).

    Any ideas?
