   For some reason now when i do an 'instant search' in a folder that contains 2000+ emails it only finds a small handful of results. For example, if i search for "Bill" it comes back with 6 results when i know there's 100's.
   in the past it found all of them.
   any suggestions?

   I'm not familiar with instant search, Does it only search the last X number of days?
   Is there a way to get it to reindex its seach results?
   Is there another method to search?
   When you search, does it only search the Subject Line of the email?
