My father has recently got a new computer that has Windows 7 on it, and i've downloaded Windows Live Mail but how an earth can you import your address book from Outlook Express into it?

I have clicked the address book and its put it into the contacts folder within Windows 7, but can't for the life of me figure out how you import the contacts from there into Mail?

Also if i click on a contact it just brings up their details without the option of sending an email, is this normal?

Here is the transfer procedure from OE to WLM:

    CONTACTS
    OE
Go to File > Export > Address Book and select Comma Separated Values (CSV) > Export, select the fields you want or, for more safety, select all the fields and save the file to your external device.
    WLM
Go to the Windows Orb (Start), type shell:contacts and press Enter to display the Contacts folder. Click Import > CSV > Import and browse to the file on your external device.

If you want to move the account details as well:
    OE
Go to Tools > Accounts > Mail Tab and select the first one you want to export. Click on it and then press Export. Save the file to your external device. Repeat this procedure for any other e-mail accounts you want to export.
    WLM
Go to Tools (press Alt if the Toolbar is not showing) > Accounts > Import > Browse to the file on your external device.
