load needed dlls kernel, cannot read cd

    Hi guys. Newbie on the site. Please help. I've read the posts on: report error as: load needed for dlls kernel. The problem is that My laptop does not read the cd when I put in the xp disc. I've changed the bios setting to start from the cd-rom and still not luck. Any suggestions?

    You'll have to bring the PC to a repair shop. If the PC doesn't boot from the CD we're not going to be able to repair it.
